Return & Refund Policy

At Spark’d by Charli™, all sales are final. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances — including change of mind or personal scent preference.


All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges

We take pride in the quality and intention behind every product. For hygiene, safety, and brand integrity, we cannot accept returned items for resale, even if unopened. Please shop thoughtfully.


Damaged Items (Shipping Claims)

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, we’re here to help.

To file a damage claim, email us at claims@sparkdbycharli.com with the subject line:
“DAMAGED ORDER #[YourOrderNumber]”

Include clear, complete photos of the following:

  • Entire external shipping box (all sides)
  • Close-up of the full shipping label
  • Internal packaging exactly as received
  • Each damaged item (include product labels in photos)

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
If submitted after 72 hours but within 14 days, we will attempt to assist, but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement of the same item(s), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny incomplete or late claims.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, or tracking shows it as lost, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will initiate a lost package investigation with the carrier. This process may take up to 10 business days. Final resolution depends on the carrier’s findings.


Price Adjustments & Promotions

  • We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.
  • We do not provide store credit for purchases made outside of a promotion window.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.


Shipping Delays

Spark’d by Charli™ is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Weather-related delays
  • COVID-19 or other public health disruptions
  • Carrier staffing shortages
  • Acts of God or force majeure events

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
