Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3–6 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- UPS Ground (if applicable): 2–5 business days
Note: Delivery estimates begin after processing. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or external disruptions.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Changes
If you entered the wrong address, email us at hello@sparkdbycharli.com within 1 hour of purchase. We cannot make changes once your order is packed or shipped.
Returned packages may require a re-shipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Wait 24 hours
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Email hello@sparkdbycharli.com within 7 days
We’ll help file a claim, but we are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or delivery refusal, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (a fee may apply).
Taxes & Legal
- Sales tax is collected where legally required.
- Spark’d by Charli™ complies with the FTC Mail Order Rule and applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
