Purchase Options

• One-time Purchases: Charged at checkout. Orders enter small-batch production immediately.
• Preorders / Made-to-Order: Extended processing time. Final sale once production begins.
• Subscriptions: If enabled, these auto-renew and can be canceled anytime via your customer portal.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production. If you need to cancel, email hello@sparkdbycharli.com within 1 hour of purchase. We will do our best to intercept it.

Subscription Cancellations

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Cancellations made after renewal apply to the next cycle. We do not refund already-processed renewals.
